​SHIPPING 

How will my item be shipped and what will the shipping cost be? 

Orders generally ship within 2 -7 business days. We do not currently ship orders after 3pm PST on Fridays and on weekends and major holidays. If you need your order by a certain date please let us know by contacting us at hello@kittycooper.co or via our contact page and we will do everything we can to make it happen. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS express or DHL and transit times are determined by the carrier. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide and shipping for international orders is determined by destination location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred due to customs and unfortunately we can't control how long the customs process will take.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders from within the US will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3 -16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information once your items have shipped.

Can I send something as a gift?  

YES! You can send your gift directly to the recipient. At checkout there is a tick box to notify us that the item is a gift. Simply add your gift note and we will gift wrap for you and include a handwritten gift note in your package.
